Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing PREMIER EVENTS & TENTS for your tent, table, chair, and event rental needs. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Reservations & Deposits

  • A reservation is not confirmed until a signed agreement and required payment are received.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date and equipment.
  • Deposits may be applied to a future event at our discretion if proper notice is given.

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date:
    Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event date:
    50% of the total rental cost (excluding the deposit) may be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date:
    No refunds will be issued.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to be present for delivery/setup will result in no refund.

Weather Policy

  • We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, or cold.
  • Tents and equipment are rented rain or shine. Customers are encouraged to plan accordingly.

Changes to Orders

  • Any changes to rental items must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date and are subject to availability.
  • Reducing quantities within 7 days of the event does not qualify for a refund.

Delivery & Setup Issues

  • If our team is unable to complete delivery or setup due to unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, or customer-provided site issues, no refund will be issued.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clear, accessible, and safe.

Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • No refunds will be given for rentals returned early.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items while in their possession. Repair or replacement costs may be charged.

Business Cancellations

  • In the rare event that PREMIER EVENTS & TENTS must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, all payments made will be fully refunded. This will be our sole obligation.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
